World-class pediatric neurologists and neurosurgeons

Our team includes UT Southwestern doctors who are recognized for being among the best in their fields and have expertise in the latest, most effective treatments. These doctors also help train the next generation of neurologists and neurosurgeons. We are home to one of only eight programs in the country that trains pediatric neurology residents in treating neurodevelopmental conditions like autism. • State-of-the-art care for movement disorders. Our unique pediatric neurology expertise enables us to offer the region’s most comprehensive care for movement disorders. This care includes a wide variety of treatment and approaches that help children restore natural movement and get back to the activities they love.

• Expert concussion diagnosis and treatment. Our neurologists collaborate closely with the Children’s Health concussion program. This program quickly diagnoses concussions in children, and guides them through care that helps them get back to school and sports as quickly – and safely – as possible.

• Renowned pediatric neurosurgery expertise. The UT Southwestern doctors practicing at Children’s Health are among the world’s top experts in pediatric neurosurgery. Our surgeons offer innovative care for everything from epilepsy to stroke to brain tumors. We helped develop many of the latest innovations and techniques, and our outcomes are among the best in the world.
