Biography
Rachel is a pediatric nurse practitioner who practices at Children’s Health℠.
Rachel graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She has always cared for pediatric patients and has worked at Children’s Health since 2005.
After obtaining a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas in Arlington in 2008, she began her career as a nurse practitioner and has been with the sleep team since 2011. Rachel enjoys sleep medicine and believes the team has a unique ability to impact the daily life of children and families by treating sleep disorders and promoting healthy sleeping habits. Rachel’s interest include obstructive sleep apnea including continuous positive airway pressure therapy and hypersomnia.
When not in the clinic, Rachel enjoys yoga, baking, volunteering at her children’s school and traveling with her husband and daughters.
