Youth and high school training
Working with age-specific groups in 60 to 90-minute sessions, our youth and high school training classes help athletes increase overall athletic ability while seeking to minimize their risk of injury. In addition to providing word-class training, we also aim to educate our athletes on how to properly prepare and care for themselves and, ultimately, become the expert of their own performance.
Team training
Want to train as a team? We offer custom training sessions for groups and teams that want to train together and are looking to achieve a common goal. Contact us today to set up a training plan for your team.
Adult training
Whether you’re looking to shake up your routine or get back into shape, our adult training program provides access to our high energy group training classes and 1-on-1 nutrition coaching with our performance dietitian. Our adults receive training and support from the same coaches that work with our elite and professional athletes to ensure you can reach your goals.
Bridge training
Nobody wants to be injured, but unfortunately injuries happen. The Bridge Program integrates the EXOS performance program into the Children’s Health Andrews Institute’s continuum of care, allowing athletes currently in physical therapy or still recovering from injury to begin training their body to return to sport. Training is individualized with guidance from the athlete’s physician and/or physical therapist.
College training
Our College training program is among our most specialized training options. Supporting collegiate athletes during their off-season, this program provides athletes the tools to maximize their careers. We do this by creating personalized training and nutrition programs to improve athletic capabilities.
