Chief Facilities and Real Estate Development Officer

Robert Feldbauer is the Chief Facilities and Real Estate Development Officer for Children’s Health℠. In this role, Robert provides senior level leadership, strategic oversight and management for all facility, real estate and planning, design and construction, off-site property management, security, environmental services and engineering and project management across the system.

Robert is an executive health care leader with global experience spanning more than 30 years. Prior to Children’s Health, Robert served as System Vice President, Chief Facilities and Administration Officer for UC Health in Cincinnati, Ohio, and as Chief Operating Officer at Abu Dhabi Health Services at Al Ain Hospital in the United Arab Emirates.

Robert holds a Doctor of Business Administration from the University of Liverpool, Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Southern Indiana and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Management from Syracuse University.
