Matthew P. Moore

Chief External Relations Officer and Chief of Staff

Matt Moore serves as Chief External Relations Officer and Chief of Staff at Children’s Health℠. In his role, he is responsible for developing and leading the implementation of strategy, relationship building and public policy engagement with federal, state and local policymakers and stakeholders to further the Children's Health mission to make life better for children.

Before joining Children’s Health in 2012, Matt served as Director of Government Affairs for Susan G. Komen’s national headquarters. In addition, Matt spent a decade with the National Center for Policy Analysis, where he authored various policy reports and participated in hundreds of print, radio and television interviews.

Matt earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Public Relations from Southern Methodist University. Matt earned his Master’s in Public Policy from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.
