Provider services team members can:
Assist with the referral process
Verify patient status
Bridge patient care communication by providing after-visit summaries and progress notes
Connect you with a Children’s Health physician for a provider-to-provider consultation about your patient
Answer general questions
Work with you on suggestions of how Children’s Health can improve its services
Coordinate Children’s Health portal registration and access to Epic, the electronic health record system
