Pediatric Chief Residents 2022-2023
Application and Interviews
Our application is through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). We encourage you to apply early as we review significantly more applications than we can invite to interview. In accordance with national recommendations, we will not extend interview invites until October 11th, 2022. Invitations will be extended throughout the interview season as part of a rolling invitation system. We are committed to thoughtfully reviewing candidates’ applications through a holistic review process.
We interview November through the end of January. Our interview process is individualized, and we limit the number of candidates per day. We utilize a structured interview process with standardized questions that map to our program mission and aims.
Per national recommendations, there will not be program-sponsored second looks, but please contact one of the chief residents if you wish to be put in contact with some of our current residents.
Diversity and Inclusion
We believe that diversity and inclusion are fundamental to achieving quality health outcomes for all. Our residency program is committed to recruiting and supporting candidates that identify as underrepresented in medicine based on race, ethnicity, religion, socioeconomic status, ability, sexual orientation and gender identity. We are dedicated to creating a residency environment that fosters belonging, respect, acceptance and value for all while encouraging engagement and connection.
