b'BUILDING HEALTHY OUTCOMES THROUGH PARENT ENGAGEMENT (BUILDING HOPE) PROGRAM Building HOPE is a HIPAA-secure, bilingual, tablet-based platform that monitors patients at home, enhancing communication between parents and the cardiology team. Families are loaned a tablet with special software to track and trend parameters; a pulse oximeter to measure the patients oxygen saturation levels, a crucial indicator of their health; and a scale to measuredaily weight.
