Matthew Meyer, MD $$

Matthew Meyer, M.D., is a pediatrician at Children’s Health℠ Primary Care Mansfield. 

My favorite thing about my job is establishing long-term relationships with families and partnering with parents to raise healthy children.

He strives to be an expert resource for families as their children grow up. His philosophy of care includes focusing on prevention to keep children healthy and reducing the unnecessary use of antibiotics, using them only when children need them. 

Dr. Meyer earned his medical degree from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center and completed his internship and residency in general pediatrics at the University of Colorado-Denver Children’s Hospital.

“My favorite thing about my job is establishing long-term relationships with families and partnering with parents to raise healthy children,” Dr. Meyer says. “I have been doing this long enough that I have had patients that I’ve known from birth head off to college, which is so fulfilling.”

In his free time, Dr. Meyer enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters. He also enjoys English Premier League soccer, reading and nerd culture.
