Course Overview and Target Audience
Course Overview
The transition from a pediatric primary care provider to an adult primary care system has become a critical process in health care management plans addressing the medical, psychosocial and educational needs of adolescents and young adults with chronic physical and medical conditions. The 55th Annual Kenneth C. Haltalin Conference is a 1½ day CME event that will include common pediatric illnesses and disorders, ethics presentation and a half-day subspecialty focus on Behavioral Health.
Friday is a virtual half day focused on Pediatric Mental Health and Saturday full day with virtual and in person options. Saturday in person learners can attend a Suturing Procedure Workshop.

The conference is designed for pediatricians, family practice physicians, emergency medicine physicians, pediatric specialists, pediatric nurses, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants who wish to update their knowledge on important topics in pediatric care.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Refund requests must be received two weeks prior to the course. Refunds on paid registrations will be issued only for written cancellation requests received by Friday, March 31, 2023.
All refunds will be charged a $15.00 administrative fee. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED after April 7, 2023 or for non-attendance.

The Children’s Health is accredited by the Texas Medical Association to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
Credit Designation
The Children's Health designates this live activity for a maximum of 10.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits.
