DALLAS (JUNE 21, 2023) – Children’s Health is proud to announce that Children’s Medical Center Dallas has again been recognized among the nation’s best pediatric hospitals by U.S. News & World Report for 2023-2024. Children’s Medical Center Dallas continues to be the only hospital in North Texas and one of only a select few in the nation to be ranked in all 10 pediatric specialties in the U.S. News & World Report’s annual Best Children’s Hospitals report. This marks the sixth consecutive year and the 12th time since 2008 that Children’s Medical Center Dallas has been recognized as one of the top pediatric hospitals in the nation across all 10 specialties.

DALLAS (MAY 2, 2023) – A new pediatric mental health initiative launched by Children’s Health, one of the largest and most prestigious pediatric health care providers in the country and the leading pediatric health care system in North Texas, and the Meadows Mental Health Policy Institute, a nationally recognized non-partisan policy and research organization, is reporting significant progress in its first year. The program, which was developed to address the mental health epidemic adolescents are facing in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic and crisis warnings sounded by the U.S. Surgeon General, provided key training and resources to 75 area providers in its inaugural year, who collectively treat nearly 150,000 area children and families.
