Children’s Health℠ COVID-19 Media Policy

The safety of our patients, their families, visitors and our team members is our number one priority. As the number of cases of novel coronavirus (COVID-19) increase in North Texas, we are continuing to follow recommendations by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to limit possible exposure.

Therefore, effective March 13, 2020, we will not conduct on-campus media interviews at any Children’s Health℠ locations or attend media activities off-campus. This allows us to continue to prioritize patient care for our community. To arrange virtual interviews or interviews by phone, please send your request to mediarelations@childrens.com.

We are committed to keeping the community updated with the latest information about our policies, procedures and pertinent information regarding COVID-19. We appreciate your support as we work to maintain a safe care environment for our patients during this emerging public health crisis.
